Submission guidelines

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Two types of papers will be considered at the Meeting: Paper (defends itself in a parallel session) and Poster (is displayed on the boards at headquarters).

In the case of papers, only full text is accepted and abstracts are not accepted.

All entries will be uploaded via the form at Submission of papers. You must fill in all the identification data, select the thematic area to which you wish to submit it and which will be the area in which the communication will be evaluated.

In the case of several papers signed by several authors, there must be at least one different effective registration for each of them.

Files should be sent in Microsoft Word format (version 2003 or higher). Images, tables and figures must be inserted in the Word document, in their corresponding place.

Papers may be submitted in bothSpanish and English.

***Failure to follow the rules will result in the rejection of the submitted work***

TEMPLATES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Paper: it is mandatory to submit two versions: a full version and a blind version, without authors, for peer review. The templates available here (version with identification) and here (blind version) should be used. As you can see, both templates are the same except for the inclusion of the authors of the paper.
