PAPERS IN PRESENTATION FORMAT
When communications in paper format are accepted, the authors will present them in the corresponding parallel session for a maximum time of 15 minutes. In these sessions, each paper will be discussed, providing feedback to its author(s), and the question time will be moderated.
At least one of the authors of each communication in paper format must attend the parallel session to answer any questions that may arise. come up about your work.
The presentation of the paper is required to obtain the defence certificate.
WORKS IN POSTER FORMAT
When communications in poster format are accepted, the posters will be uploaded to Instagram of the Meeting, to encourage the dissemination of the works and provide a meeting place and discussion that allows the exchange of ideas between the participants.
Likewise, in the parallel sessions of each thematic area, the posters will be presented with the participation of at least one of the authors of each poster to answer the questions and collect the suggestions that may arise about your work.
Sending the poster is a necessary requirement to obtain the presentation certificate.
