Course: Introduction to Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM)
Structural equation modelling (SEM) is a set of multivariate statistical techniques, called second generation, which combine the use of factor analysis and regression. Within SEM, the partial least squares method (PLS-SEM) has become a standard method in several research fields. This course is designed to familiarise participants with the potential of using the PLS-SEM method in their research. Participants will learn the basics of PLS-SEM and how to apply it using the SmartPLS software.
Program:
- Introduction to structural equations.
- Introduction to PLS-SEM and SmartPLS Software
- Reflective measurement models
- Formative measurement models
- Structural model
